Legal

Terms and conditions

The Smalț website presents a fictional dental clinic, created by Alkeme Design as a portfolio project. No service is sold on the site, no real bookings are made and no personal data is collected. The terms below describe what the site actually does. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

1. Who runs the site

The site is run by Alkeme Design SRL, company registration number (CUI) 55425963, a brand design studio in Romania. Smalț is not a company, has no premises, no dentists and provides no medical services. The name, visual identity, copy and images were created for the studio's portfolio.

2. What the site is and is not

  • it is an example of a website for a dental clinic in Romania
  • it is not a real clinic and provides no consultation, diagnosis or treatment
  • the prices, dentists, equipment and cases are illustrative
  • medical information is general and does not replace a consultation with a dentist

3. The booking form

The form on the Book a visit page sends no request, does not store what you type and does not pass it to anyone. The data stays in your browser until you close the page. For a real dental problem, contact a real dental practice or, in a medical emergency, call 112.

4. Copyright

The copy, visual identity, illustrations and code of the site belong to Alkeme Design SRL. They may be quoted with the source credited. Full reproduction, or use for a real clinic, requires the studio's written consent.

5. Liability

Alkeme Design SRL is not liable for medical decisions made on the basis of the texts on this site. General information about treatments is written with care, but every case must be assessed by a dentist in person.

6. Consumer protection

The site sells no products or services, so no consumer contract is concluded through it. If you believe a right of yours has been breached, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), at anpc.ro, including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).

The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR, in Romanian SOL) closed on 20 July 2025, when the regulation that created it was repealed. Cross-border complaints have since gone through the network of European Consumer Centres.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania. For any question about this site, the contact is the studio, at alkeme.design.
