The Smalț reception: a stone desk, two armchairs, an olive tree

Legal

Privacy policy

The Smalț website collects no personal data. The booking form sends and stores nothing, the site uses no analytics or advertising, and fonts and scripts load from the same domain. The only information kept is your cookie choice, in your own browser. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

1. The controller

The site is run by Alkeme Design SRL, company registration number (CUI) 55425963, a brand design studio in Romania. Smalț is a fictional clinic, a portfolio concept, and processes no patient data. For any question about data, the contact is the studio, at alkeme.design.

2. What we do NOT collect

  • names, phone numbers or anything typed into the booking form: the form neither sends nor stores it
  • health data: the site does not ask for it or receive it
  • browsing data through analytics: the site has no Google Analytics or other measurement tool
  • advertising data: the site has no pixels or ad scripts

3. What is kept in your browser

When you choose "Accept" or "Decline" in the cookie window, the site saves your choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage), under the key clinica-cookie-consent, with the value accepted or declined. It stays on your device only, never reaches us and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

4. Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare's infrastructure technically processes your IP address and request data to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Alkeme Design SRL does not use this data for profiling or marketing. Details are in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because the site collects no personal data, these rights in practice apply only to the technical data processed by the host.

If you believe your data has been processed incorrectly, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own EU country.

6. What a real clinic would do

A real clinic would use the name and phone number from the form only to contact you about the appointment, and health data only in the clinic, as part of medical care. Consent to marketing messages would be separate, unticked and not required for booking.
