Payment

Payment

At Smalț treatment is paid by stage, at the end of each stage in the written plan, not all at once at the start. The £395 diagnosis is paid on the day. Card, cash and bank transfer are accepted, and every payment comes with an invoice.

Paying by stage

The written plan splits each treatment into stages, each with its own price. For a complete implant of £3,950, for example, one part is paid when the implant is placed and the rest when the crown is fitted. If you travel in for treatment, this usually means one payment per trip. The amount for each stage is in the plan before treatment starts.

Payment methods

  • bank card, at the front desk
  • cash, in pounds sterling
  • bank transfer, with the invoice issued in advance
  • instalments only through your own bank's credit card, on its terms

Invoices and documents

Every payment comes with an invoice, and the treatment report is given at the end. You receive an itemised invoice and the report, for a claim with your health insurer, if your policy allows it.

Currency

At the London clinic, prices are set and paid in pounds sterling (GBP). Cards issued abroad are charged in pounds, and your bank converts the amount at its own rate. The Bucharest and Dubai clinics charge in their local currency, by the same stages.
